what should you expect?

Whether you are here for yourself or for someone you love, you can expect the following framework:

  1.  Define your goal / purpose(s) so we are clear on where we are going

  2. Establish a session schedule for processing needs, challenges, and wins

  3.  Identify the appropriate tools / modalities we can use to help facilitate healing, forgiveness,   unlocking your potential, getting unstuck, and developing healthy rhythms to walk forward on  your journey

  4.  Practicing the new ideas, understandings, ways of being

  5.  Review, learn, and grow as you practice these new ways of relating to self, loved ones and others as you work to become the healthiest version of you

young adults

My priority within a session is to enter into the young adult's world: their passions, interests, motivations.  This allows for connection and a safe place for them to land.  I assess emotional intelligence, somatic awareness (i.e. how much do they understand what their body feels), behavioral triggers, and to what degree and in what ways (positively or negatively) are they coping.  Every young adult is unique, so my coaching approach can vary.  However, my focus remains the same, for each client to feel seen and heard in a non-judgemental space.

I hope to welcome any individual desiring to heal and grow. Embracing exactly where you are in life is the perfect place to begin.  My focus includes growth taking place at a personal level and in your ability to enhance connection in meaningful relationships.  Growth happens best in an environment where we feel safe, seen, and understood.  Mixing a practice of compassion with humor, my focus is to offer a space where each individual feels secure to explore the possibilities.  My experience includes but is not limited to, working with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, family conflicts, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and behavioral challenges.
